Many volunteers will be needed to create this show, as the information below indicates. The more volunteers, the lighter the workload for all involved. Volunteering offers guild members a chance to not only share their skills but also to learn new ones and meet members of our sister guilds. The following is a list of the available committees and a brief description of the tasks. Please feel free to e-mail any questions you may have.
Use the Volunteer Form to sign up for an assigned time and task. It is now available online. If you’d like to share a shift with friends, please put their names on the forms with your time choices. Every effort will be made to schedule groups in the time slots requested.
Thank you to all who volunteer. You will make this show a success. Volunteer forms will be available soon; in the meantime, any questions can be answered by your quilt guild show representative.
